4.2 Payment

All course fees must be paid in full before course access is granted. We accept payment through our secure payment gateway (Stripe).

Prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. However, once you have paid for a course, the price will not change for that enrollment.

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of course purchase and before course completion. Refunds are subject to our refund policy (contact us for that) and may be prorated based on course progress.

5. Course Access and Materials

Course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, presentations, and assessments, are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

Share, distribute, or reproduce course materials without our written permission
Use course materials for commercial purposes
Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings from materials
Create derivative works based on our course materials

Course access is typically granted for a specified period. Access may be extended at our discretion.

6. Certifications and CPD Points

Upon successful completion of a course, you may receive a certificate of completion and CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points, where applicable.

Certificates are issued based on:

Successful completion of all required course components
Passing any required assessments or examinations
Meeting minimum attendance requirements (for in-person courses)

We reserve the right to withhold certificates if course requirements are not met or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use our Services in a lawful and respectful manner. You must not:

Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
Post or transmit any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates others' rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the Services
Use automated systems to access the Services without permission
Impersonate any person or entity

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of your account and access to our Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our platform, including but not limited to course content, logos, trademarks, and software, are owned by EBAMAS Services Ltd or our licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EBAMAS Services Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EBAMAS Services Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your account settings.
